What RotoScheduler does

RotoScheduler plans production in a rotational molding factory: which mold runs on which machine arm, on which day, and for how many cycles. It uses RotoSpider's layout checks to see whether the molds fit the destination arm. RotoSpider is the separate tool for calculating and editing the mold layout itself.

The trial and the browser demo

The desktop trial opens a sample factory with a plan already made: six machines, twenty mold types, forty jobs and fourteen dates, September 7 to 20, 2026. You can read the plan, move a mold run, undo the move, keep named versions and export a sheet. Generate plan (experimental) offers an automatic starting point to review; automatic planning is still being developed.

The browser demo at rotoscheduler.app opens the same sample board with nothing to install. Its calculations and edits stay in your browser; open, save and export use files on your computer. It supports manual moves and CSV export. Automatic planning, editing the factory inputs, Excel workbook export and support bundles belong to the desktop trial.

This manual follows the Windows desktop trial. The board pages apply to the browser demo as well.
